Antelope Ridge Annexation

The Town purchased approximately 600 acres of land on the west side of Roundup Road. The main reason for purchasing the land was to control who or what moved in and ensure maintenance of our chip seal streets and water system.

The land was purchased with three existing leases from cellular companies and mineral rights. The leases will eventually pay for the purchase of the land.

The land was annexed into the town in 2021 and is known as Antelope Ridge. In 2022, the Town is planning to develop eight properties on the east boundary. Seven of those properties will be sold as residential and will be approximately five acres each. However, each property will be subject to all current ordinances including zoning and animal control, e.g. four livestock units per property.

These seven properties are referred to as Tract A to Antelope Ridge Subdivision.
