The Town of Rolling Hills accepts on-line and over-the-phone credit card payments for water services and non-utility matters such as dog licenses, court fines and building permits. All cards are accepted. There is a fee for using this service; the fee is determined by the credit card company.
You can make a one-time payment or you can set up an account that will store your information for multi-monthly payments. Either way, you will need a copy of your most recent water statement for reference. If you create an account, you will be able to view your water statements from that point forward. You can also store your credit card information in your account for faster payment processing.
If you are already set up for ACH payments, please do not re-register for this service through the below portal without first contacting the town hall.
