Government

The Town of Rolling Hills operates under a Mayor-Council form of government wherein there is one mayor and four council members.  Each elected official is voted in by the residents for a four-year term, alternating every two years between two council members and the other two council members and the mayor.

Rolling Hills is governed by Town Ordinances, Town Resolutions, State Statutes and Federal Regulations and Policies.

The Governing Body for the Town of Rolling Hills holds council meetings the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7pm at the town hall.  The public is encouraged to attend and comments are welcome.

The Town Clerk must be notified at least one week prior to a council meeting of any items to be placed on the agenda.  The agenda, along with minutes of each meeting and any other notices, are posted on bulletin boards inside the town hall, in the town hall parking lot, near the mailboxes, and on Dunham Road.
